Sweet Mango Falafel Naanwich

2 big naan breads

2 tbsp greek yoghurt

40 g iceberg lettuce, shredded

40 g red cabbage, shredded

1 small carrot, grated

1 spring onion, finely sliced

6 ready-to-eat falafels

10 g coriander, finely chopped

1 fresh mild green chilli, finely sliced  

Encona Indian Sweet Mango Chilli Sauce


1) Heat the naan breads and falafels according to packaging instructions.

2) Transfer the naan breads to a clean board or work surface. Spread the Greek yoghurt over the breads and top with the lettuce, cabbage, carrot, spring onion and falafels.

3) Garnish with the coriander, jalapeno slices and a generous drizzle of Encona Indian Sweet Mango Chilli Sauce. Roll and serve!
